Being motivated is not that easy if you were a kind of person who likes to shrink in every difficulties of life and do self pity. In order for us to be motivated we have to face life challenges with positive outlooks.
   According to psychology motivation refers to an internal process that makes a person move towards a goal. But what are the successful tips to change a shrinking person to be confidently motivated? So here we go! 

  • Set goals
  Setting goals that you really want to be will sprout your motivation. And it makes you hungry to have more if you succeed it.

  • Stay positive toward your goals
  Staying positive let you think wisely to attain your goals. Also, it helps you to stay on track when everyone or everything tries to knock you down and let you stay focus for the prize ahead. Put in mind that you can do all things.

  • Stay away from negative people
   Negative people would distract us from our goals and would not be good to be with. They were crabs who like to bring us down to make themselves look good. Remember that it is better to be alone full of motivation and stress free than with a bunch of crab friends who act foolishly. They will totally destruct you, so stay away from them.

  • Have some time for your self
 Having some time with ourselves would free us from harsh criticism of other people and eventually lead us away from an unmotivated nature. It could be anywhere that you feel relaxing, for instance spending time with nature, if your near in the beach then listen to the waves rushing through the shore, or living in a city then shopping or window shopping could be fun, and even do some things that you like, for instance listening to music while reminiscing the funny unforgettable moment you have experienced or exercising would be fun to. For sure after this, you will be completely motivated and courageous to grab your success.

  • Manage your time wisely
   In managing our time it is also advised to jot down all your schedules for the day and put in mind that it must be completely accomplished. Also prioritizing more important things will help you stay on track and motivated.

  • Learn to move on from your past failures
   Failures are part of our lives. Without failures we will not be able to feel how success is very valuable. Instead of wasting time and get deteriorated just stop it and just look on a positive side to improve yourself full of motivation.

  • Organize things well
    One of the best reasons why stress becomes our lover is lack of systematic way to finished task immediately. And can lead us to a messy thinking. Organizing things well are the key to save time and could make your brain works faster. For instance if you were working on a messy table it could be distracting and totally would not let you stay motivated.

  • Accept positively good criticism
  Criticisms are hard to take in and are cause of headaches, but if you take it in positively you will realize that you should be thankful instead for those criticism because they are the signals that you have to move on next higher level without ruining your motivation.

  • Learn to take the risk
In sometime taking risk is the best way to reach goals and be strongly motivated to take another life challenges. For life is like gambling, in order for us to win millions we have to gamble our million.

  • Do things that you enjoy and try new things
   Doing things that we enjoy would help us to be more motivated and energetic to reach our treasured goals in life. And trying new things makes us learn more things and fuels us to be more motivated in life.

  • Do not compare yourself to others
   Comparing yourself to others will just make you crazy and out on the race of goal success. Even there are some instances that it will make you to change and be famous until you feel that you were better than they are, but believe it or not it is not fulfilling unlike if you stay to be who you are and motivate yourself to be better in a right way. And most of all be confident to who you are.

  • Find someone or something that inspires you
   Motivation is hard to maintain especially if you were living in a negative thinker family or let's say environment. You have to find something or someone that inspires you to boost your confidence and be motivated. But do not rely to it too much, remember that intrinsic motivation is much better than extrinsic. It only means that being inspired by something because you want it, you love it. And not because of the profit that you may gain of doing it.
  • Have the courage to succeed
   Courage is the key to let you finish all your goals successfully. It also acts as a fuel to let your engine of motivation remain on a high speed.
  • Maintain a healthy lifestyle
Eat nutritious foods and do exercise at least thirty minutes a day or thrice a week. Also do not forget the quote, “Early to bed, and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise,” from one of the founding fathers of the United States, Benjamin Franklin.
  • Do not forget to have time with God
For through Him nothing is impossible. And through Him who strengthens us we can do all things.  

In order to stay motivated, we have to be positive always on dealing life's challenges. Keeping our self to strong, bold, and courageous never forgetting that there is this SOMEONE who will help us.
