and fit
Being healthy and fit is being wealthy, for
health is wealth. Staying healthy and fit makes you groove to the move with
confidence towards other people every time and could make all eyes on you. Also
it helps to let you make everything you want to do without breaking any part of
your body.
Nowadays, staying healthy and fit is harder
to maintain. Cause, sometimes we tend to idle and surf all day just for fun
while eating junk foods or because of being busy all day long for a bunch of
works and fully book schedule we tend to neglect the healthy lifestyle.
Maintaining our body healthy and fit makes
us emotionally and mentally strong. Also i t could lead us away from fatal
diseases which could lead us six fit below the ground.
Now if
do not want to eat roots, here are some tips to for you:

Move and shake, shake
Moving your body by exercising makes you
sweat, sweat, sweat and flush all the toxins that hide inside your body.
Specially, if you were always sitting all day long and just watching TV or
using computer. Try to move your legs and shake it up or if you have some time,
jog around, dance, push-ups, and anything that could move and shake your body
to let your blood flows freely.
For according to a study
from Dr. James Lavine, if we do not move
our legs for a long period of time it can damage our heart for when we sit,
blood flows slower and muscles burn less fat, which makes it easier for fatty
acids to clog the heart, the pancreas increases the insulin production, which
may lead to diabetes, also it can cause colon cancer and slows down digestion,
brain damage, posture problems, muscle degeneration, and leg disorder like
varicose veins and weak bones.
So move and shake shake shake.

Avoid eating junk
foods or process foods on fast food chains.
Yes junk
foods do have good taste that makes you want for more but it could MAKES YOU
FAT or thin not fit and could makes you sick, mostly cancer that could damage
your brain.
Junk foods or processed foods are like
prohibited drugs. You become addicted because you like the way it taste that
feels like heaven without noticing what’s inside you is totally damaged.

Always include
vegetables and fruits to your diet.
Fruits and vegetables
are good source of vitamins and minerals that could makes us healthy and fit,
and makes our immune systems strong enough to fight diseases that could
certainly harm us.

Get enough sleep.
Sleeping is way to regain the lost energy we spend
for the rest of the day and the time for our cells to repair. Having not enough
sleep will cause to memory loss, easily irritated, out of focused, a dull brain
functioning and triggers stress. That is why it is widely recommended to have
enough sleep for at least 7 hours each night.

Do not skip meals.
Skipping your meals to lost weight is not a
good idea. Also skipping your meals can take some risk to your health. So instead
of skipping your meals just eat slowly for you to know that you are already
full and limit yourself from eating fast and eat more than what you need. For
our stomach responses late even if we are already full.
5.
Drink plenty of water.
Water helps our body to eliminate toxins and
helps our body to burn fat naturally and reduces weight. It could also make us
stay hydrated and blooming.
6.
Avoid watching TV or
using computer for too long.
Watching TV and surfing are fun and could
update you some information that are used in daily lives but doing it
excessively is no longer that helpful. It could irritate and damage your eyes
apart from that it could also prevent you from moving around stretching your
body. Specially, if you were totally focused of what you were watching or of
what you were doing on your computer.
But if what you were watching or doing on a
computer is very important, then just try to move your legs or do some
stretching while watching TV.
Staying
healthy and fit really has a lot of precautions but if you practice to perform
it permanently then you will really see the difference and be happy for the
outcome to yourself.
